In the event that a user deletes information, we may be able to retrieve parts if not all of the information at a fee to the user.

We respect user confidentiality and as such we do not share any type of data collected with other users and/or third parties without the authorisation of the data-generating user. We may, however, contact users via emails provided by them or an account administrator or other means of contact. It is important to note that we do not manage our own servers. We store and manage user data using google provided services and as such data storage and security is handled by the google firebase service. The firebase service for data storage is ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 & SOC 3 verified and compliant with EU General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR).
